Cotton Fabric Production

Cotton fabric is a flexible and comfortable textile product produced by combining cotton and lycra (elastane) yarns. The production process consists of the following steps:

  • 1. Cotton Yarn Preparation: High-quality cotton fibers are processed into yarn.
  • 2. Lycra Yarn Addition: Lycra yarns are added in certain ratios to provide elasticity.
  • 3. Weaving or Knitting: The fabric is produced on weaving or knitting machines depending on demand.
  • 4. Finishing Processes: The fabric undergoes softening, coloring, water and stain repellency treatments to be ready for use.

Usage Areas

Cotton fabric is preferred in many sectors thanks to its elasticity, breathability, and softness:

  • Clothing Industry
    • Casual wear (t-shirts, shirts, trousers, dresses)
    • Sportswear (leggings, tracksuits, tank tops)
    • Underwear (socks, lingerie)
